Ravens CB Samari Rolle's life has changed dramatically since his first seizure last September.
He was diagnosed with epilepsy, a neurological disorder that results in seizures when the brain fires electirical impulses four times more than normal.Nearly 3 million people in the US have epilepsy, including All-Pro guard Allen Faneca.
The team first said Rolle was out for an undisclosed medical condition, but Rolle knew he had to get the facts out.
Rolle has a driver when his wife isnt available. He misses being able to take the kids to school in the offseason or driving to work.
He is under no added risk continuing to play with epilepsy.
He looks forward to the new season.

He takes 42 pills a day. He was told that if he continues the treatment for 5 years, the risk of seizures is reduced. In the meantime, he continues to have them.

No, not that I know of. The one in September was his first, but it didnt sound like he had any one the field. He said that he knows now that he had symptoms of epilepsy for two years.
