McNair says he can still play at high level

Quarterback Steve McNair is rehabilitating his shoulder every day, either at the Ravens training facility in Owings Mills or in his home state of Tennessee.
Inspired by doubters, he is rehabbing his injuries and plans to be the Ravens starter in 2008.

I have always like Steve McNair for his toughness and ability to make those long throws. But I dont think he is going to start anywhere again. I think he would make a darn good back up. Agree or disagree??
