If they do this, the smart thing is to trade or cut Boller. They absolutely need to start developing a young QB (Smith).

A lot of people knock smith but I see potential in him, he just needs a year or 2 maybe..And Id take leftwich over boller any day of the week..

I'm not sold on him, but I'm not ready to bury him either, you know? Kind of taking a wait and see approach with the former Buckeye. But dumping him and keeping three veterans would be foolish, any way you slice it.
