Boulware to play special teams for Texans?

Michael Boulware, acquired from Seattle for defensive end Jason Babin, should be ready to contribute on special teams in Sunday's opener against Kansas City. Eventually, Boulware (6-3, 220 pounds) is expected to compete with Jason Simmons for a starting job. Simmons became the starter when Glenn Earl went down for the season with a foot injury early in camp. -- Houston Chronicle
