Now way Young is lasting to the 13th pick. If the Ravens want him they have to trade up. I don't know if Young is the right guy for the Ravens. If you invest in Vince Young as your QB, you really should start trading your veterans and rebuilding. Since I think the Ravens are trying to win now, Young is the wrong way to go.

Unless....

You sign a Collins or McNair, trade Boller and use the vet while teaching the rookie. I know all the salary cap criers are screaming at that thought but isn't Miami looking at Collins to spell Culpepper? Didn't Washington with no cap space just buy out the entire free agent market? There are ways if you want to make it work.

Is Young the answer? Well with so many questions at QB he has to answer at least one of them!

It would be a huge gamble though. If they move up and it fails the ax falls and the Ravens get well acustomed to the NFL basement.

Does Baltimore even know what they want to do at the QB position anymore? I mean, they've been linked to just about every free agent on the market this year, then they were sold on Boller. Collins was a sure thing, then it looked like McNair, then Matt Schaub. Now Vince Young? Their indecisiveness is really starting to give me a headache!

Lefty the question is whether what we are hearing is from them or other "sources". Secondly is it what they want everyone to think not necessarily what they are thinking. Ozzie is good a keeping secrets and smokescrening. I'm withholding criticism until I know what I am am criticizing.
