Cool Orioles still likely to make deals

Quote:
Although the Baltimore Orioles did not make any deals before Tuesday's deadline, the team's trade possibilities continue.

Now for a player to be dealt, he must first clear waivers.

That shouldn't be a problem for the club's most likely trade chips: starter Steve Trachsel, outfielders Jay Payton and Corey Patterson and first baseman Kevin Millar.

I don't see there being any major interest in any of these guys, listed. Tejada or Mora (who is due back soon), sure. But who wants Steve Trachsel?

I hope the o's do trade traschel. if we do we can build around bedard guthrie and burres. even if we dont trade traschel he wont be an O next year and neither will jarrett wright(thank god). The O's made a mistake optioning Garrett Olson down, he made to great starts this year. but he will be in the rotation next year.

Welcome to Go Teams Go OS fan 21. The Orioles definitely have a nice core of young pitching.

How has Dave Trembey been doing? Should the Orioles keep him?
