| Orioles Sign Danys Baez The Orioles may have found their closer. They've reached a preliminary agreement with RP Danys Baez. The deal is for three years and $19 million. Baez returns to the AL East and if he can regain the form he had with Tampa a few years ago, he should do wonders for the Orioles pen.      |

| Re: Orioles Sign Danys Baez Wow, the O's are doing good this offseason. They've gotten a solid reliever (Jamie Walker) and a brand new closer (Danny Baez) to go along with some other good arms in the pen (Chris Ray and Brian Burres). Not bad... |
