| Fans could be left in dark early AUBURN -- Fans should start preparing themselves for the possibility of missing the first few minutes of Saturday's Auburn-South Florida game. ESPN2 is televising the game, which kicks off at 8:06 p.m. Problems could arise because the Georgia-South Carolina game, also on ESPN2, begins at 4:45 p.m. Saturday. That leaves about three hours and 15 minutes between the start of the games. A pass-heavy first game could last 30 minutes longer. Fans with satellite or fancy cable packages can probably find the Auburn game on an ESPN alternate channel. But everyone else may be out of luck. -- INJURY WATCH: Receiver Montez Billings (hamstring) returned to practice. Defensive back Jonathan Wilhite (hamstring) was also at full speed on Wednesday. Auburn coach Tommy Tuberville said safety Aairon Savage (ankle) and linebacker Tray Blackmon (ankle) practiced about 75 percent of the time. Kicker Wes Byrum (ankle) will be a game-time decision, Tuberville said. Byrum is no longer wearing a protective boot on his kicking foot. "He's got to get some practice time in," Tuberville said. "If he continues to improve, he might be able to kick certain distances." Fans could be left in dark early- al.com
