Less than 12 hours after holding its second scrimmage of fall camp, the Auburn football team returned to the practice fields Saturday morning with a quick, but productive, 90-minute session on the Athletic Complex practice fields. The Tigers spent the first two-thirds of the practice working on individual drills before wrapping up the shells practice with team periods.
After having a chance to review film from Saturday's practice, both offensive coordinator
Al Borges and defensive coordinator
Will Muschamp evaluated their respective unit's play.
"We got better last night," Borges said. "I'm not sure I could say that after last week. In terms of coming off the ball, targeting the front and knowing who to block, we were considerably better. Technique, we still have a little ways to go.
