| Revving up Tigers' top wide receivers Chris Slaughter is lining up at wide receiver. So is his shadow, personal tutor and position coach. Auburn's Greg Knox is wearing many hats to get his late-arriving freshman ready for the football season, and the fact that Knox is often only inches away from Slaughter just before most snaps at practice suggests there are plenty of opportunities for any player with talent in the post-Devin Aromashodu-Ben Obomanu-Courtney Taylor era. Knox wants three starting wide receivers and three backups. He'll play all six. Some will play the Z position, some the X, some the W and E.
