Arkansas vs. Auburn (2) for SEC Glory

Two of the top teams in the SEC (West) square off Saturday afternoon in what should be an interesting ballgame. The last time they met, in October 2005, Auburn killed the Razorbacks 34-17. Arkansas has a loss on the season but are still undefeated in the SEC, hence why both are at the top.

Auburn is the #2 ranked team in the nation and will look to keep the status with a big conference win at home. After this week, Auburn plays Florida in a match-up of the week...just a tidbit there to look out for.

I doubt anyone will be picking the Razorbacks but what have you got to lose? $300 in free tickets is what!

My official prediction is: Auburn 37 to Arkansas' 23.

Will the Razorbacks pose any danger to Auburn's national title hopes?

Re: Arkansas vs. Auburn (2) for SEC Glory

Is this an upset in the making?

Arkansas stormed out to a 10-0 lead. Score's now 17-10 Arkansas.

The Razorbacks are not gonna give up easily. Their ground game is looking good with many big runs of 7-15 yards.

Either way, a great game so far. My guess is that Auburn outlasts Ark and wins a close one in the 4th quarter.

No body who's eligile to win the $300 prize placed a pick on this game. Remember, you can pick as many of the games as you want to get a correct win.

Not sure anyone would've picked Arkansas over Auburn anyway. This would be a HUGE upset, should it hold up!

Late in the 3rd quarter, Arkansas is up by 14.

24-10.

Auburn is just not playing like a #2 team today. They're not really playing like a top 10 team.

Big upset today as Auburn lost to the Razorbacks.

How big of a change will the top of the rankings see?

Huge. Auburn got punched in the mouth by the Arkansas running game and just had no answer for it. The Razorbacks had a stretch in the second half where they ran 30 times in 32 play calls. That vaunted Tigers D knew what was coming and still couldn't stop it. But then, to give Houston Nutt's crew credit, that was probably the best offensive line I've seen all season. Very dominant against a very good defense. Auburn falls out of the top 10, and Arkansas enters the top 25, probably the top 20 at least, with this impressive victory. What a tremendous upset, and a huge victory for this Arkansas program.
