AUBURN - He's a receiver and a Wildcat, but coaches haven't asked Kodi Burns to surrender his orange jersey. Not yet.
Burns lost his bid for the starting quarterback job to senior Chris Todd and started practicing with the receivers last week, a move that would seem to put an end to his quarterback career.
But Burns is still working as a Wildcat, coordinator Gus Malzahn's dual-threat shotgun quarterback, and taking extra reps as a traditional quarterback after practice.
"I do a little bit of everything," Burns said. "Pretty much, I'm all over the place."
