| Kari Lehtonen scoreless streak Atlanta goalie Kari Lehtonen set a new team record Wednesday night, extending his scoreless streak to 167 minutes, 56 seconds before giving up a goal to Boston's P.J. Axelsson in the second period. It's not a real old record, but the former mark of 155:55 was set last December by Michael Garnett. Lehtonen then started a new shutout streak while earning the 4-1 victory. So what's gotten into this kid, and how long can he keep playing like this?

| Re: Kari Lehtonen scoreless streak well, since his scoreless streak, he has sucked. I never have liked him and I think Hedberg is better. If he ends up costing Atlanta a shot in the playoff's, they better trade him or philips arena will be empty next season. |

| Re: Kari Lehtonen scoreless streak Welcome to GoTeamsGo, monsterdawg You think 1 player can that big of a difference in attendance? If it does, that'll sure get the attention of management & might be enough to get the trade. Look forward to chatting more with you.

| Last night, against the Islanders, he was really shaky. I haven't seen him play much so it's hard for me to believe how good he was earlier in the year. He really had trouble controlling rebounds. Not only did he give up 4 goals but the Isles hit 5 posts. I guess anybody could have a bad game. |
