| Keith Brooking... Free Agent
The last remaining Falcon from the 1998 NFC championship team is no longer a member of the team. After failing to come to some sort of an agreement, Brooking became a free agent when the free agency period started at 12:01 a.m. on February 27. There is still a chance that Brooking, who has spent his entire playing career in Atlanta, could be re-signed by the team as a free agent.
