FLOWERY BRANCH -The Atlanta Falcons have set Saturday, May 13th, as an open mini-camp for fans to come to the Falcons complex in Flowery Branch and watch the team work out.

According to head coach Jim Mora, this will be the first time the team will be together this year.

Plans call for the entire team to be at the mini-camp. The practice will begin at 12:45 p.m. This is the only scheduled team mini-camp for the Falcons prior to training camp.

...Mini camp already?...wow...what questions can be answered in this mini camp?...I am looking to see how thier 7th round QB from Georgia will do...is he going to with the club?...Does anything really ever get settled at Mini camp...or is it a "brown nosing exercise?"

If nothing else, the coaches can get a good look at a guy's work ethic, and their mental acuity by seeing how far they've come in learning the playbook.
