Flowery Branch – Carolina will be a different opponent Sunday than the one that defeated the Falcons in Week 3 after DeAngelo Hall's on- and off-field meltdown.

Quarterback Jake Delhomme was injured in that game and lost for the season with an elbow injury. Vinny Testaverde and David Carr have been less than stellar replacements.

"I think you're going to see two defenses that are playing well," Falcons coach Bobby Petrino said Monday. "They are very talented on defense. Their ends right off the bat, give you concern."
