And
Michael Vick continues to liquidate his assets.
Ron Mexico, dog breeder, has put his Duluth, Georgia
8-bedroom, 8.5-bath mansion on the market for a cool $4.5 million.
The house sits on a lake and is located in the swank Sugarloaf Country Club gated community. And despite the owner's infamous off-season, the house has some interested buyers.
At least to hear the listing agent tell it, anyway.
Realtor Tony Funari ... said Saturday morning he'd already fielded two "genuine inquiries" for the suspended Falcons quarterback's property at Darlington Run in Duluth.
"We don't believe this product will be affected by the recent [housing] downturn," Funari said. "It's a big house in one of Atlanta's best subdivisions, and it shows well. It has everything going for it."
The pad also has a two-story library/office (where Vick spent much of his time, undoubtedly), a "12-plus seat" dining room, and it's own irrigation system. Oh, and property taxes are roughly $26,700 per year. Assuming, of course, you can put down the $900,000 and make the $23,000 mortgage payments.
