The Falcons argued the suspended Falcons quarterback knew he was in violation of the contract when he signed the $130 million deal in December 2004, and that he used proceeds from the deal to fund his dogfighting operation." Who's right, and who wins this case?

The Falcons may recover some monies but not the amount they are seeking - unless the NFL cuts a backdoor deal in order to set a precedence. I think the Lelie case has established the position of the players association and the weight they wield.
