Despite playing only 14 plays this exhibition season, running back Warrick Dunn will start the season opener against Minnesota on Sunday. Dunn, who had back surgery, only played in the third exhibition game. "One thing is that Warrick has been there for along time and the rust will come off quickly," said Falcons coach Bobby Petrino after Wednesday's practice. "We expect to get him in there as the starter, give him the ball and let him go." Dunn has led the Falcons in rushing over the last three season and is seeking to post his fourth consecutive 1,000-yard season. He is just 76 yards away from moving ahead of Jamal Anderson as the franchise's third all-time leading rusher.
