Pick a month and year for either the Falcons or the NFL to show Vick the door. I'm thinking he will not finish the year. I also think he will not be the starter at the end of October. Perhaps a phantom injury

Simple you may be right about never starting. If the evidence is in fact true and mounting (almost daily) he may have the phantom injury in camp or the preseason - makes it easier for both the Falcons and NFL.

i never thought of an "injury" until you brought it up ........ but i guess it is a way for the Falcons to quietly move on if it looks like Vick is for sure going down

now i have a question for you ....... how long is his contract ?

let's say for arguement Vick gets 1 year in jail and he is out in time for training camp next summer ....... is he still on the roster ?

One was too many in the begining but this issue has legs of its own and could create a huge wave that ripples through the NFL, NBA and Hip-Hop music.

Simple I don't think his contract is guaranteed. If he is suspended I doubt Blank would let him back into the fold. They will have the cap problem mostly absorbed and a new direction.

Trainer perhaps - if - and a big if - someone were to pick him up. He really hasn't shown that he can lead a team to the SB so how many would take the publicity hit that would accompany him.

None of the recently suspended were convicted - the NFL wants to improve its downward spiraling image - what better way than to hammer a super star or two.

i have wanted him out of the starting QB slot ........ not out of the NFL ......... let's not confuse the 2

i liked him ok as a person and general athlete about 6 months ago

Seems to me the education and rules of conduct are being clearly stated - even super stars can't do as they please
