This is true. If there are tapes, they need to surface. I actually like the prosecutor's patient approach to this case. We don't need another rush-to-judgment like the false accusations in the Duke Lacrosse case. Take your time and get the facts straight before filing charges.

if these witnesses, that have seen Vick buying the syringes and dog drugs in this town, are credible that's enough for me to file charges ...... charges can always be amended

owns the website promoting the dogs
owns the company selling the dogs
it costs thousands of dollars to care for the dogs yet the people living on the property are unemployed and on government assistance
witnesses say Vick is in the town of the property regularly
witnesses have seen Vick buying supplies for the dogs
Vick's own friends state that they are convinced he is deeply involved in the dog fighting operation
and now there may be video tapes of Vick at these dog fights

New guy, I am really sorry you feel this way. I have been involved in this forum for a bit now, and I have to tell you I have never ever seen even a hint of racism in any of the postings. If there were, I would have been long gone.
It first came out because of his fame. Yeah, media and the public like ripping on public figures. And we dont discuss drs. etc. on here because this is a SPORTS forum. There is a lot of ugly stuff out there and this is only part of it. I can see some of the things you are saying and if Mike Vick is someone you really admire, then this can be difficult for you. So just avoid this discussion, and enjoy some of the other threads.

Well, folks... ultimately nothing's going to be decided here. We'll have to agree to disagree on the topic. If the prosecutor believes he has enough evidence, he'll file charges. Then Vick will have his day in a court of law to prove his guilt or innocence. We should probably let this discussion rest until that time.
