And that's why so many half-baked owners are dumping their coaches at the first sign of trouble instead of letting them ride out the storm like Pittsburgh did with Cowher. I'd say that turned out pretty well. Maybe they're learning, though, with both Mora and Fox getting extensions in the past week.
