According to the Associated Press, "The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Hampton left his minor-league rehabilitation start with Class AA Mississippi against the Carolina Mudcats after tweaking his groin... Hampton, who was making the sixth start of his rehab assignment from a pectoral muscle injury, suffered the groin injury during the first inning but didn’t leave until after completing the second."
