| Braves And Tigers Swap Lefties Wilfredo Ledezma was acquired by the Atlanta Braves from the Detroit Tigers on Wednesday for Macay McBride in a swap of left-handed pitchers. Ledezma is 3-1 with a 4.79 ERA in 23 games out of the bullpen this year. The 26-year-old went 15-18 with a 5.15 ERA in 33 starts and 73 relief appearances during five seasons with the Tigers. The 24-year-old McBride, selected by the Braves in the first round of the 2001 amateur draft, was 1-0 with a 3.60 ERA in 18 relief appearances with Atlanta this season. He also went 1-2 with a 3.13 ERA in five starts and two relief appearances for Triple-A Richmond. McBride first came up to the Braves in 2005 and has gone 6-1 with a 3.99 ERA in 112 games, holding left-handed hitters to a .176 average (28-for-159).
