Are you kidding..this is going to be a slaughterhouse...I am tired of everyone saying that Texas has nothing on Arkansas and how Arkansas will win a close game. Texas is on another level of playing field...

The odds are stacked against Texas...remember this

Texas has played 3 teams that play spread offense from lesser conferences...

Texas has injuries...Blaine Irby is out for the season.

But they are playing in the House that Mack built...so we will see.

Everyone is all about the SEC and all this other stuff...

You do realize that Texas is in the lower tier of Big 12 right...they probably have 0 chance of even playing in the big 12 championship

We know it is Oklahoma and the rest are clowns. Nobody outside of Oklahoma stands a chance of representing the BIG 12. Bob Stoops a former Florida guy has no stiff competition this season until he gets into a bowl game situation.

lol...I dont even know what to say to that...I could probably quote Chase Daniel's numbers for you...or Graham Harrell and Michael Crabtree...or even Colt Mccoy for that reason...but its obvious to me now that nothing I say will convince you otherwise...well nothing except Texas wiping Arkansas off the map this weekend. Because apparently Texas is nothing compared to Oklahoma and should be crushed by Arkansas right?

You think...oooo its Rice...big whoop...well all I have to say is look at the SEC...who do they play...besides each other that are worth anything...and that includes Ohio State.

Stats are worthless the ONLY stat that counts is the final score. You can look like superman and throw for a gazillion yards but if you don't go undefeated it doen't mean squat. That is why I am curious as to how the Texas -vs- Arkansas game will shake out. I bet it is a heck of a lot closer than you expect.

Lol I am referring to the mercy-rule...if there was a mercy rule in college football, I have a feeling they are going to need it this weekend for arkansas...they have it bad enough that they played bama last week and have Florida and Auburn after that...nvm though...I dont really care what Mack Brown did at north carolina...all I know about Mack Brown and North Carolina is when he got there they were 1-10 and when he left they were 10-1...and they havent won 10 in a single season since...

LOL are you kidding...he has a national championship...that right there should put him up there...he is also the second highest paid coach in the NCAA

oh an by the way...his last 6 seasons at UNC went like this:

Even Phillip Fulmer could have achieved that. With the University of Texas having so many highschools to recruit from they ought to be in the hunt for the National Title every year.

They usually are...I dont know why you think they arent...they won the national title in 2005??? I mean the problem is that most years you almost have to be undefeated and with the strength of the Big 12 conference its getting tougher and tougher to do every year. They have to play Texas Tech, Missouri, and Oklahoma all of which have heisman trophy hopefuls...I mean I dont know what to tell you other than just watch the game for yourself...there is a reason that Texas is picked by 27...they are that good...
