Yahoo! Sports / GOAZCATS.com have an interesting interview with Arizona head coach Mike Stoops. Among the things that Stoops says in the interview? "We probably have the strongest nucleus of players – obviously offensively – that we’ve ever had. This is probably, far and away, the most firepower we’ve ever had. We’ve got playmakers and a solid line." What do you think? Is Stoops right in saying this might be the best Wildcats team yet?

Hey Chuck, great article and topic. Arizona Wildcats may have the best offense in the PAC 10 this year. They have their entire offense coming back with their newer offensive coordinator from Texas Tech running the show. Willie Tuitama, an actually 4 yr starting QB, who was often injured, can really be a true weapon. If he is healthy all year, Arizona would be my darkhorse to win the PAC 10. He has never stayed healthy though during any of his years starting. He has missed many games.

I think the Wildcats can really put some points on the board this year but question whether they can stop anybody? This is why they play the games to find this out. I cannot wait for the season to start and Mike Stoops has did a reasonably good job there...but needs to make something happen this year to really save his job I think.
