Re: Arizona Wildcats at Oregon State Beavers

Arizona has made a QB change for this week after Matt Scott really struggled against Iowa last week. Nick Foles will be making his 1st start today, he is 6'5 and has a very strong arm but isn't near as mobile as Scott. I would expect more of a pure spread offense similar to the one Foles ran in high school, which also happens to be what Arizona ran the last 4 years with QB Willie Tuitama. It will be interesting to see how this turns out.

Re: Arizona Wildcats at Oregon State Beavers

Arizona has found their new QB! Nick Foles went 25/34 for 254 yards and 3 Tds with no ints, also rushed for a TD in a 35-32 road win. This in spite of Arizona losing their star RB Nic Grigsby on his 1st carry with a seperated shoulder, then lost their #2 RB to a leg injury. The top 2 WRs..Bug Wright did not play and Delashaun Dean left this game with an injury. Their #1 DL Brooks Reid also missed this game and the left side of their OL also missed this game. Very gritty performance by those that survived. Great timing in the schedule...Arizona has next week off to recover from all the injuries before heading to Seattle to face the Washington Huskies on Oct 10th.
