| Sun Devils vs. Colorado Buffaloes Arizona State was impressive in new coach Dennis Erickson's debut. Ryan Torain ran for 123 yards and three touchdowns and QB Rudy Carpenter threw for nearly 200 yards and a pair of scores. This weekend, they square off against Colorado, who needed overtime to beat their in-state rivals from Colorado State in Week 1. Can the Sun Devil offense, particularly Torain and Carpenter, shine again and lead ASU to a win over the Buffaloes?

| Re: Sun Devils vs. Colorado Buffaloes Another impressive win by the Sun Devils, this one in comeback fashion. According to the Associated Press, "Rudy Carpenter threw for 269 yards and three touchdowns to help Arizona State rally from a two-touchdown deficit to defeat Colorado 33-14 on Saturday night... ASU's defense dominated for the second straight week. After limiting San Jose State to a field goal in the opener, the defense allowed only one touchdown and 204 total yards."
