Re: Luis Gonzalez, Sean Greene Thank you for sharing that resource with us, ThePundit. Unfortunately, I already mentioned the link earlier in this thread. But I would still like to thank you for using your time and effort to provide that news story with us. Would you believe that Brady Anderson finished his career with an average of 19 homers and 67 RBIs if he were to participate in a full season. That is not impressive, but as you mentioned, his 1996 numbers were. This definitely leads me to believe that he may have been linked to performance enhancing drugs. Of course this I am not accusing Mr. Anderson, but this is really odd considering his career numbers and how well he did one year and how poorly he did the others. It is very suspicious! By the way, this is my 600th post!

Re: Luis Gonzalez, Sean Greene There are whispers here in Arizona that the feds raided more than one players house the day they caught Jason Grimsley. Along with those whispers comes the idea that these other players may be cooperating with the feds (agreeing to wear w ire ti gain more conclusive proof against other players, etc.) while Grimsley refused to do this. It seems to be no cooincidence that the DBacks tailspin began the day that Grimsley was raided. Another interesting fact that has come to light is that the personal trainer that alledgedly provided Grimsley with HGH also has very close ties with Albert Pujols. And yes, I realize Pujols also has not played since the raid. There are many ideas to speculate on now.

Re: Luis Gonzalez, Sean Greene The only reason Albert Pujols hasn't played, DesertRat, is because he is suffering an injury on the disabled-list. He was placed on the 15-day DL a few weeks ago with an oblique injury and will be back soon and continue his MVP-type season. That is a valid excuse in my book, and I am sure the MLB will investigate him when he returns. As long as he doesn't get caught, he is innocent.
