i still am not sold on Warner. Too me he is a product of systems. He was the perfect QB at St. Louis and like I said, with that Fitgerald kid I could be an all-pro. Once the Eagles got their D settled they shut him down until 4th qrt. True he did have a winning drive but I would expect that from any veteran QB.

Sometimes all you need is a game winnin drive. Not all QB's are perfect, and can be shut down at any given game.

Agreed, guess what Eagles fans, Warner got a game winning drive when his team needed it McNabb didn't and please no one complain to me saying that 4th down play was pass interfernce because it wasn't. Warner was probably already a Hall of Famer and that seeled the deal. He came up clutch and McNabb didn't

No complaints from me... they beat us fair and square. McNabb did not just fail on that last drive... he failed for most of the game. Throwing high, throwing low, behind guys, you name it. It is a pattern for him in crucial games.. he just tightens up and does not get it done. Like I said, he is gd enough to get us to the hump, but not over it.

Eagles really fell short. You cant blame the loss on any one play or penalty because they had plenty of opportunities. No doubt anymore. I guess McNabb just doesnt have it.
A nice game for the Cards. Well disciplined. Did what they needed to do. Warner a product of the systems huh? I have to think about that one.
It still takes chemistry and talent between the qb and the wr. Fitz is something else.
By the way, did you see Boldin yellin at Haley on the sidelines. Kind of reminds me of some other disgruntled receiver.

A Bears fan ripping on another teams QB, that's interesting.

Aside from Warner being able to be comfortable in the pocket. And that my major "key to victory" that Buckhalter didn't get used enough came through again. NJpsuFan is correct, McNabb's accuracy goes downhill when it really counts. Plus the play calling got to be extremely frustrating to us AGAIN!

And no I'll not let the defense off the hook here, I expected Fitzgerald to have a huge game but jesus to have the holes they got from their running game?

F**K IT, now I guess I can concentrate on the Flyers and LOI day.

Here in Arizona, we have known for several years that no WR in the NFL is the equal of Larry Fitzgerald...he's the best there is!

The man is a machine that's for sure. Some great catches, especially the mock flea-flicker Warner bombed to him. He had to slow up and come back a step and take off again while keepin his balance. Great catch and score.
