Sure sounds like it to me. The Cardinals are charging any fan who wants to be added to the team's season-ticket waiting list $200 per seat, meaning that a family of four hoping to someday get season tickets has to pay the franchise $800 up front just for the priveledge of waiting! Outrageous if you ask me. Whatever happened to the good old days where you could walk up to the ticket window and buy a ticket on game day, or call the office a month before the game and just order some seats over the phone?
