Leinhart, in speaking publicly about those infamous party photos, says its time for him to step up and get out there and play.
The pictures had Ken Whisenhunt saying he was "disappointed" in Leinhart and leaving fans and the media wondering whether he was serious about his job.

Yes he does need to step up. I drated him in a keeper league and have gotten nothing so far.

Well he needs time I think. There was a period when Leinhart was doing pretty well but then he fell into a slump. He needs to really dedicate himself to studying the game and practicing. Used to be rookie quarterbacks had time and understanding to make mistakes and learn from them but nowadays with these big contracts they have to produce a lot sooner. A lot of Hall Of Fame quarterbacks took 4 or 5 years to be productive. Not everybody is Ben Roethisberger.
