I just read a story about three quarterbacks, Matt Leinhart Tony Romo and Tom Brady. All three are young studs and make lots of money. All three have been been in the news about the beautiful young women they surround themselves with. Tony Romo may or may not be married to Jessica Simpson, Matt Leinhart was shown in photos enjoying the company of a bevy of beauties, and Tom Brady has skipped off season workouts to go on vacation with his girlfriend, supermodel Gisele Bundchen. Of the three, only Brady hasnt been criticized. Why? Because Brady is MVP and owner of 3 Super Bowl rings. Romo is a good quarterback but hasn't won the big one yet. And Matt, well Matt has been a big disappointment to all.
So guess the big lesson here is "Winning pays"

Yes, Brady is a proven winner, Tony most certainly has the ability but the fans believe Miss Oink was the cause for failure and Matt is ...... who is Matt anyway ????

Athletes and Hollywoodies are not and never have been good matches (for the most part) Ego's are just to large.

Come on...its a team sports...Brady nor Romo ended up where they are just on their own merits...though Leinart has done his best to blow off his career.

That is a given. Didn't mean to imply that any of them could do it alone but ... 2 out of three have pretty much proven they can help make a team great. One has a poor choice in women and one seems to have too many of them. Bet they are all happy though !!!

But Bette is right, winning cures everything. If Brady never wins another title, he is off the hook with the fans.

And rightfully so.

I think Romo will get the Boys to one, and we'll see what happens then.

As far as that Matt guy goes, I just don't know!

He is a winner in one way, but he gets paid to be a winner somewhere else! He is the one here with the most to prove.

Brady is a given, and at least Tony has helped the Boys to a good couple of years.

I think Romo and Brady both have bad taste...I like to see each of them getting hitch to stop the whole craze.

Well, if you've proven your good at your job, people will forgive the other stuff. But until you have proven that you can take care of business, people will always look at the playboy stuff and wonder, why is he out doing that instead of working to improve at the job that's paying him millions of dollars and making him a celebrity in the first place?

The official story is that he's resting that injured ankle. If true, that changes things completely.

I heard or read that his ankle was completely healed--maybe it was on Access.

I guess that biggest thing with Leinhart is that his character has always been in question. The deal with the child support last year and wasnt there something when he was in college. It gives one the impression that football probably isnt his number one priority. And right now, that needs to be his priority.
