Ken Whisenhut confirmed that Leinart was the starting qb at Indianapolis Media Center today.
But VP of football operations Rod Graves went on to say that he is going to have to fight Kurt Warner and pull that football out with both hands.
Kurt Warner is coming off a 27 TD, 3,417 yard season. Warner is expected to push Leinart to his full potential.

Warner is 36 but lately we have seen older quarterbacks compete successfully. The biggest problem is that they wear down as the season progresses and injuries become a big problem. Leinart either gets it together this year or else I guess. Time will tell if he can or not.

Whisenhut makes it sound like its a for sure thing, but Graves makes it sound like its not. Whisenhut says its his to lose, but Graves says he'll have to win it.

He hasn't looked great in his limited time so far so the pressure will be on.

Well The Arizona Cardinals version of pressure at least, meaning if they are 3-10 Leinhart could be benched.
