Edgerrin James signed a 4-year, $30 million deal with the Arizona Cardinals, according to a FOX Sports article posted about 6:30 p.m. EST. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/5404956

Now that the Caridnals have a running back, receivers, and maybe a quarterback to build around, do they pursue an offensive lineman in the draft? Or, do they try to bolster up a defense to give the offense a fighting chance?

Without any help on the OL, the offense will only be able to do so much. I think they need big time help on the line and then look at defense after they get the line in order.

Remember the name Winston Justice, OT, USC. He will be Arizona's 1st round pick next month. Of course, they need more than just one guy, so I fully expect them to snag a guy like Kevin Mawae or another veteran O-lineman via free agency.

Justice would be the right pick for the Cardinals. Since I live in Arizona and get almost all the Cards games on TV, I would like to see them become competitive. But I moved here from the Pacific Northwest and don't want them to get too good just yet if you know what I mean.

This is an amazing signing for them. I don't know when they're getting their new stadium but things are turning around in the desert. Kurt Warner can only play so much longer though, they still need a young QB and it looks like McCown is out of there.

Still, with skill players like Fitzgerald, Boldin and now James...a force to be wreckoned with to say the least.

Cards fans will be elated when he is averaging 3.2 yards a carry next season. Hopefully those receivers they have can produce enough to help spread the field and open up the running game.
