Dec. 30 (Bloomberg) -- The Arizona Cardinals signed safety Aaron Francisco to a four-year contract extension through the 2010 season, the National Football League team said on its Web site.
Francisco, 23, had 29 tackles and two interceptions in playing all 15 games with Arizona this season. He's also made a team-high 22 special-teams tackles and was selected as an alternate for the Pro Bowl as a special-teams player.
