Scott Van Pelt and Kirk Herbstreit talking about ESPN Gameday likely visiting Atlanta for the season opener between Alabama and Clemson August 30 in the Georgia Dome.
Win, win, situation for Saban (and Alabama) who is looking for more exposure for recruiting the Georgia and Atlanta areas.
Hopefully, the Gameday curse won't show up since it's not a T-town game.

ESPN hates Alabama but even Kirk Herbstreet and his cronies are going to have to give some love to The Crimson Tide. It is done out of political expediency because ESPN has a bias against Alabama. As a matter of fact ESPN has Clemson ranked in the top 10 and Alabama comes in around 34th. That's why it will be such a shock when the Tide tears the tigers a new one.

By the way I'm making the trip to Atlanta for the game... and if you see a lone Crimson Tide fan surrounded by a sea of orange that will be me. I'll be screaming ROLL TIDE ROLL!

Wish I was there with you but I am woking overseas. I am a member of the TideTV and will be catching the post highlights on all the games. Will be back home for a month in Oct. and hoping to make it to T Town for the games if I can find tickets.

I hate to hear that..working overseas isn't any fun. Especially if it is military related.

ESPN is going to be all over this match-up simply because there is so much interest in our up-coming season. They all want to see what Alabama is going to do, and I am feeling the pressure, but I think we can keep it cool and go out there and do what they are afraid we are going to do. WIN!

The only reason ESPN will give it any real attention is because it is opening night and in prime time . They hate Alabama in Conneticut.

Look for me in the Clemson crowd It will be almost like going to a Tennesee game unless they come out in that purple again. Uughh!
