Alabama erased a 5-1 deficit with four runs in top of the third inning and then overcame a 6-5 deficit in the fifth inning when junior catcher Kyle Moore blasted a two-run home run to left-center field putting the Tide ahead to stay, 7-6. Junior DH Alex Avila and junior right fielder Kent Matthes had RBI singles in the inning as the Tide extended its lead off relief pitcher Andrew Jones. Full Story
