Deaderick sparks Bama to five QB sacks

TUSCALOOSA -- Alabama defensive tackle Brandon Deaderick couldn't have asked for a better opening to his first collegiate start.
Filling in for the injured Bobby Greenwood, Deaderick broke through the line to sack Blake Joseph for a 7-yard loss on Houston's first offensive snap.
"That felt really good," Deaderick said. "That's my first career sack. I love sacking quarterbacks."

At least Bama has finally started to register sacks. I hope this is an indicaion that their young defensive line is learning the techniques to shed blockers.

I still want to see blitz packages like the all out blitz.

Can Bama's corners handle man-to-man coverage on recievers if the blitz doen't get to the QB?

They are pretty much playing man now it would not hurt to see what kind of pressure Bama could get I am all for it let's see more blitz packages.

Especially CB Blitzes they aren't covering anyone anyhow.
