Breaking down the Tide offense

TUSCALOOSA | After stunning the Houston Cougars for three touchdowns in the first quarter, the Alabama offense wilted in the following three quarters and had to watch its defense preserve the 30-24 homecoming victory Saturday afternoon.

Even with a career performance from running back Glen Coffee, the Crimson Tide offense sputtered when the defense needed late support....

They better have a better answer than that because Ole Miss Tennesee and LSU are way tougher than Houston.

The Defense is playing better than expected they would be on the lines of great if the offense could hold on to the ball for more 4 or 5 plays at a time.

I agree 100% with that statement. Maybe this breakdown should be emailed to Saban.

The only breakdown is in the communications between the coach and his players. Is it just me or do the players look like maybe half of them have bought into Saban's gameplan?
