The local high school has an enrollment near 2,400 students and is nationally known for being featured on a reality television show by MTV. | Re: Military academies are the answer for some Actually Fork Union Military Academy is 30 miles south of Charlottesville, Va in the village of Fork Union. It is disciplined and turns out some outstanding football players each year. Espn did a 1 hour show on it about 6 months ago. I live 1 1/2 miles south of it. Roll Tide!!! |
