TUSCALOOSA - At 7 a.m. on Monday, the Alabama football players reported to watch what coach Nick Saban says is a weekly viewing of "The Good, the Bad, the Ugly."

For the Alabama defense last week against Arkansas, "The Good" didn't take long.

"The Bad and the Ugly" was a long-running feature.

"About an hour and a half - just because guys had class," cornerback Simeon Castille said with a laugh. "We were saved."

Sort of like in the second half against the Razorbacks.
The Tide gave up 270 yards in the second half and four straight touchdowns.

"It didn't sound like we won," Castille said of the coaches' evaluations, "but we did."

True, and the defense played a part - stopping Arkansas and giving the ball back to the offense with 2:13 left. And you've probably heard about what happened in that final 2:13.
