| Offensive line looks to atone for sacks Chris Capps has not forgotten that feeling, nor does he want to. When he's tired and sore, when he wonders if he should stop working, he remembers. "I think about it when I'm trying to get better," the Alabama senior tackle said. "I think about how I don't want to feel like that again." In consecutive series during last year's Iron Bowl, Capps suffered through what he called the worst experience of his career. On third and six on the 35-yard line in the second quarter, Capps watched Auburn defensive end Quentin Groves race around him for a sack of quarterback John Parker Wilson. On second and 14 from the 14 during the ensuing drive, it happened again. Both times, Groves caused a fumble that turned into a Tigers touchdown. That ended his day in a game that was the last for coach Mike Shula. And Capps became a pariah, a hated figure by Alabama fans, held responsible for the visible struggles of the offense and the offensive line. Offensive line looks to atone for sacks- al.com
