He was in a safe place - on scholarship at Middle Tennessee State, playing sparingly. Yet he was considering moving out of his comfort zone, giving up his full ride to walk on to the University of Alabama football team.

I must be missing something if he is that good why was he at Middle Tennesee State and not a starter there?
