I am sure that he walks a very fine line all major programs do. It happens in every confrence and will for a long time to come. I don't think he would go so far as getting NCAA probation because of Bama last time they got caught it was close to the death penalty and if they get busted again you will probably get to say bye bye Bama football. That is not what Saban would want his Bama legacy to be.
