Bama got commitments from Josh Chapman (De-Committed from Auburn) and Kerry Murphy today and moved into 14th nationally in recruiting. A few hours ago Jeramie Griffin (4th ranked Full Back in the Nation) committede to the Tide. This should move us up a slot or two. We have 4 star WR Brandon Gibson (a lock for the Tide), Marquis Maze Athlete (lives 45 minutes from T Town) and Roderick Davis 4 star RB (said to be very interested in the Tide) as open prospects to sign up yet. Looks like a possible top ten recruiting class for Saban after only 4 weeks as coach and one of those weeks was the dead period. Not bad for a guy every clown in the media is taking shots at. Take a look at the depth chart if you get a chance. Looking good! Proud to be in the Bama Nation.

What publication has them ranked 14th? Rivals or Scout?

Yea I checked Scout and rivals..... Very unusual... Scout has them #23 and Rivals #13. I could see being off by 2 or 3 spots but how do 2 diff publications differ by 10 spots???
They should sign Gibson and K. Brown , 2 other 4stars which will boost them up another 2-3 spots.

25 committs and #10 on Rivals.com. Bama finished strong with Gibson, Maze and Chapman. Saban said Bama signed a good class and was pleased with the outcome.

Scout.com has us at #19 but have us with only 5-4star players and Rivals has us with 10-4star players.

Oh yeah, Devine was set to sign with Rodrigez at WV but backed out at the last minute. He talked with Deion Sanders and Deion advised him on prep school.
