Jerry can't pay Nick he owes too much to T.O. ask Tuna who got out just in time. As a matter of fact why isn't the Cowboys job the highest paying job in the NFL?

Hey here is an idea maybe Mike Shula can get the cowboys job and then we can have "AS THE STOMACH CHURNS" a weekly Soap Opera. Who will cry first... Will Big Daddy Don lower the boom... What will TO say next... Will Romo ever have the guts to hold another extra point? Stay tuned....

No direspect Simon but I thick that the Saban family will be here at least until his children finish high school and move on to college. I think that Tuscaloosa is a much better fit for Mrs. Terry Saban. I honestly believe that Nick and Terry would be better suited for rush hour in Tuscaloosa than rush hour in Dallas.

I dunno about that, Tuck. Have you ever traveled down McFarland Blvd on game day? Its a jungle out there. Opponents beware of the elephant stampede!

Yes I have been on campus on game day and yes it is very crowded. Game day you can barely walk much less drive, and let's not forget that the RV village starts filling up on wedensday.

The poinnt that I was trying to make is that the Saban family seems to like living in a smaller town intead of one of America's largest cities. For shopping and entertainment, other than Bama sports, they may have to drive into Birmingham and if five star diniing and shopping for designer originals is what they want a quick hop to Atlanta will take care of that.

I hope he does stay and take the Tide as far as thay can go. I hope he has a specific goal in mind tor Bama and stays until he not only meets but surpasses that goal.

No matter what happens Roll Tide Roll!!

I got your point and it was a very good one, Tuck. It's for sure there is a more laidback atmosphere in T-Town as opposed to Dallas....except when it comes to Bama football! I challenge anyone to find fans anywhere in the nation who are more supportive and dedicated. Our stadium was filled to capacity last year, even though we had a losing season. There are rumors floating around that we may add more seating in the near future. In the meantime, America will see 92,000+ Tide fans shaking their pompoms and yelling:

ROLL, TIDE, ROLL!!

It's no rumor, try 95,000 Screaming Fans some in new luxury suites. By the time they are done the NFL will be looking at us going Huh? Alabama is ready to step up to the plate and make a long term commitment to thier fans.

Re: Nick Saban To Coach Dallas Cowboys

Tough luck for the creaters of this thread. The Cowboys think they have their new coach. No Coach Saban To Dallas!

From ESPN website,
"Garrett hired as assistant, could still be head coach."

Go Coach Saban, Roll Tide!!!

Re: Nick Saban To Coach Dallas Cowboys

Hire Mike Shula ...he'll stand in until Jerry Jones gets ready to activate Garrett.
