Cool how about major applewhite

How will he be as coordinater is he to young or full of fire.

He's young, but has been touted as one of the best up-and-coming assistant coaches in football. A real steal for Bama, IMO.

I agree he originally wanted to quarterback at Alabama but they didn't think he was good enough. Since he has had a stint as an assistant he has shown a real propensity for offensive coordinating. Who knows in a couple of years everyone may be seeking him for a Head Coaching position.

I agree, Stoney. When that happens, we may have to wave some more greenbacks under his nose to retain him. Isnt that how it worked with Spurrier and Rodriguez?

That my dear is life, that being said Alabama has shown they have as deep of pockets as any program college or pro.
