Alabama needs to go PRO:

These guys are available and are smart viable options:

Jimmy Johnson- but he may want AD & Head Coach {Mal has to go}
John Gruden- A proven commidity
Dan Marino- Yes, a all-pro NFL MVP that everybody knows. Think about it he lacks head coach experience but he has the smarts and the drive to do it. He may be in Alabama's price range.
Mike Sherman- He has NFL experience and a passion for motivation
Mike Turgovac-The defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers he would bring back "RIP-TIDE" to the defense.
Bill Cower- Another Superbowl Coach who might be willing to compete on this level.

We as fans need to get as many of these types of guys talked about to the media so we will not be stuck with another Mal Moore decision

If he wants another college coach try Troy's coach Blakenley and his staff. They have had success at every level they have been at including national titles in thier respective divisions.
