| Re: Alabama Football Mike should not of been let go.He had a young team this year.I believe that next year we could of had a better season. Mike had a lot of heart in being the coach,He played here and was proud to be part of the team again. They should rehire him. That would make alot of us Roll Tide fans very happy.. |

| I think Shula did a great job. I don't understand why they are letting him go they need to get behind him and support him as he has done wonders for them. Give him 2 years and he would be a Great Coach. I hope he holds his head high and gets a job soon he deserves better than the unfair treatment he received. |

| Re: Alabama Football Once again, as I've said many times before, Mike Shula was 0-8 agianst Auburn and LSU, 2-18 vs. Auburn, Arkansas, LSU, Tennessee, Florida and Georgia, 3-17 vs. SEC teams with winning records, 4-15 vs. ranked teams, 8-21 vs. all teams with winning records, and 0-20 when trailing in the fourth quarter. Those are horrible statistics for a coach. They had to let him go. However, I know that Mal Moore should have had a coach in line for Shula's position as soon as he fired him, but Shula needed to go. | Re: Alabama Football I for one would not be happy. I really think this Mike Shula thing is split just about right down the middle between fans, but the bottom line is he had to go. |
